Our Operational Leadership Trainee programme is aimed at people with a passion for food along with the ambition, initiative, motivation and drive to succeed in a faced paced food production business. Trainees should have obtained (or be expecting to obtain) a 2.2 degree by September 2020 OR a Higher Apprenticeship (level 5).
All our sites are located throughout the UK and this programme will involve working across multiple sites, therefore flexibility is key.
Across two years you will spend time in Production, Finance, Technical, HR, New Product Development and more across a number of our UK sites before progressing into a relevant role.
This programme is designed for ambitious individuals who aspire to be future Site Directors, Production Managers, Factory Managers, Projects Managers and more!
On day one you will be enrolled onto Discovery’s OPEN programme. This is a 12-15-month unique learning programme designed to improve your organisational performance, personal effectiveness, interpersonal excellence and behavioural impact. experience.
The OPEN programme involves residential workshops with other graduates and apprentices across the food industry and beyond.
At the end of the programme you will receive a diploma in Leadership and Management.
