Eduardo went to visit Peter, to give him his reward and acknowledge the great work he did for BQP last batch. Peter achieved a great rearing batch, the entry weight of the newly weaned pigs being 10kg and leaving the farm 7 weeks later just shy of 40kg.

Eduardo and Mark visited Robert for producing an outstanding batch of finishing pigs through the late spring early summer. The pigs arrived on the farm 47kg and in 11 weeks the batch ended with the avg weight being 124kg. Robert’s FCR 2.55:1 with a DLWG of 1129gms. Mark received a visit from his field person Helen, his vet Ruth and Eduardo in recognition of all the hard work Mark had put in to achieve the best batch result in the 7 to 100 category. Mark runs a rearing house and once the pigs are 10 weeks of age they are moved across to the finishing accommodation.
