Best Rearing batch July 24

Eduardo went to visit Derick, Dawn and Ashley (Grandson), to give Them their reward and acknowledge the great work he did for BQP last batch. The batch also happens to be Derick’s 100th batch for BQP. Derick is now helped on the farm by his Grandson Ashley who is also turning into a great stock person like his Grandad. They achieved a best rearing batch finishing in July, the entry weight of the newly weaned pigs being 9.08kg and leaving the farm 10 weeks later just at 47kg.

Best 7 to 100kg batch July 24

Paul Produced another excellent batch of pigs for his 35th batch. His 1040 pigs arriving at 9.88kg and leaving the farm in 18 weeks average weight 125kg. As a farmer, who is a regular winner in the National pig awards in London, his performance is always top, along with his excellent pig keeping skills. I am sure we will see Paul receiving this award in another in six months time. Well done Paul and thanks for yet another great batch.
