Denham Garden Village
BQP are pleased to announce their appointment as structural and civil
engineers for the £50m redevelopment of Denham Garden Village.
This is an exciting project comprising 330 units of extra care accommodation including houses, bungalows and flats of up to four storeys. The residents will be well served with communal facilities which include the provision of a Village Hall, a Swimming Pool and Fitness Suite, together with a restaurant, library and doctor's surgery.
Many engineering challenges are presented by the development which ranges over a hillside with an 18m rise and which is phased to permit the decanting of residents from their current accommodation to their new homes.
